Welcome to Dr. Makeba & Friends / Living4.Love. By purchasing or participating in any of our offerings—including but not limited to coaching, retreats, events, courses, or digital products—you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These are in place to protect the sanctity of our work, ensure clarity, and support a mutually respectful relationship.

1. 

Scope of Services

We provide spiritual coaching, retreats, digital courses, and community experiences rooted in personal growth, energy healing, and sacred transformation. These services are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or legal advice.

2. 

Booking, Payment & Refund Policy

  • All sales are final. Due to the energetic nature of our work, we do not offer refunds on coaching sessions, courses, digital products, or retreats unless explicitly stated.

  • Payment plans may be available for select offerings. By opting into a payment plan, you agree to complete all scheduled payments, even if you do not participate in the full program.

  • Missed payments may result in suspension of access until the account is brought current.

3. 

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • For coaching sessions, a minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule. Missed appointments without notice are considered forfeit.

  • Retreat deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. If cancellation occurs, options for credit transfer may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

  • We reserve the right to reschedule events or offerings due to unforeseen circumstances. You will be notified promptly with next steps.

4. 

Confidentiality & Sacred Space Agreement

All coaching and healing sessions are held in confidence. We ask that participants also honor the confidentiality of shared group experiences, including during retreats or community gatherings.

Any breaches of sacred trust, including inappropriate conduct or disrespectful behavior, may result in removal from the program or community without refund.

5. 

Intellectual Property

All content—written, audio, video, and visual—shared in our programs, digital products, or events is the intellectual property of Dr. Makeba & Friends unless otherwise noted. You may not duplicate, share, distribute, or teach this material as your own without express written consent.

6. 

Community & Conduct

We hold sacred space for healing, remembrance, and transformation. Therefore, we do not tolerate:

  • Harassment, discrimination, hate speech, or bullying

  • Unauthorized promotion or solicitation

  • Disruptive or disrespectful behavior

     We reserve the right to remove anyone from any program, event, or community without refund if these boundaries are violated.

7. 

Technology & Access

We make every effort to ensure seamless access to our digital content. However, we are not liable for:

  • Interruptions in service due to third-party platforms (e.g., Kajabi, Zoom, payment processors)

  • Your inability to access content due to outdated software, device issues, or internet connectivity

Your journey is your own. We do not make guarantees regarding specific outcomes. You are responsible for your choices, healing, and results.

By participating, you acknowledge that this work may bring up emotional, energetic, or spiritual shifts, and you agree to care for yourself accordingly. Always consult a licensed professional for medical, legal, or psychological needs.

Day 1 — Arrival & Grounding
Settle into Casa Magnifica, take in the ocean views, and open the journey together with a cacao and intention ceremony.

Day 2 — Reflection & Clarity
Morning yoga in the jungle, soulful workshops with Dr. Makeba, and breathwork designed to help you listen more deeply to your inner voice.

Day 3 — Release & Renewal
A blue clay ceremony on Playa Linda beach, Soul Vision Mapping, and an evening fire ritual to release what you are ready to leave behind.

Day 4 — Intentions & Commitments
Create traditional Boruca masks, plant seed paper as a symbol of your next chapter, and embody the vision that is beginning to take root within you.

Day 5 — Awakening Potential
Soar through the jungle canopy on a zipline adventure, close the circle with group reflection, and celebrate your bloom together around the fire.

Day 6 — Departure
A peaceful morning transfer and the journey home — carrying something with you that didn’t exist when you arrived.
